fine. This list is not hooked-up to anyone in particular.

on this site... the places, people, establishments and entertainers are ones that I have personally used in the past or someone has recommended
to me. At this site, we do not discriminate. Big or small, old or new, I will list them just for you.
We will list everybody and all services related to planning a memorable party.
We've "been there...
done that"... We know what it takes to plan a special event... It's not an easy task.... This is
the most "up-to-date" LOCAL information available.
I'm not
here to sell you any books... go to "Barnes & Noble" or "Borders" and spend a few hours. If
money is tight, go to your local library or "google" bat/bar mitzvah to find out the proper "etiquette"
that's right for you. What I wanted for my daughter was the best affair possible. Elegant,
had to be a Saturday night, affordable and with local "professionals" who could work well together. They
had to make me feel comfortable that they would do what I wanted and within my budget so I could enjoy myself that evening
and not have to worry about a damn thing.
If I had to do it all over... I wouldn't have done anything different!
My daughter's affair was at convenient location, a hotel, great for my out-of town friends and family.
I selected the best video, photographer and DJ in my area, who all knew each other and had worked many times together. They
didn't get in each other's way and nothing was missed. I can't thank them enough.
I'm a single Mom and I had to work within a tight budget.
Sometimes a Sunday affair can be less money but my daughter's only request was a "Saturday" night. For
me.... the food was important, appetizers very important, top shelf booze, even though I only drink wine. The
music was great... DJ, MC and dancers. Nobody sat down! My Dad who is 85, may have had earplugs in. Not
too many games... but you have to do what is right for your crowd. A good DJ will know what to do. My
DVD video from Michael at "Luria" was incredible! A total work of art, a fantastic "movie/documentary"
of your child that will be edited in such an unique way that should win his team an Oscar award. And, my photographer was
wonderful, too. Took pictures at the Friday night service and some outdoor photos, too The quality of his photos
just shows his many years of experience and professionalism. This worked for me... where I live... who I am...
I like convenience... quality and simplicity. I must add.... there are many, many great entertainers, photography studios and glamorous catering
places that I have been to over the years and they are all listed. The ones who aren't so great, are out of business!
